Community grows through shared experiences. Outside our discussions, members often connect through hiking, backpacking, biking, service opportunities, and adventures throughout Utah.
SLC Men's Group is a place for personal growth, authentic connection, and a community of men who show up for one another.
To create a safe space for men to interact in a supportive community, have honest and powerful conversations, and experience growth in meaningful ways. Men thrive when they have a place to be known, supported, and encouraged by other men.
Community grows through shared experiences. Outside our discussions, members often connect through hiking, backpacking, biking, service opportunities, and adventures throughout Utah.
When: Every other Monday evening, typically lasting ~2 hours
Where: Usually at a local library, with occasional gatherings at other locations around the Salt Lake area.
Atmosphere: Open, relaxed, respectful, and supportive. The meetings are informal, round table discussions.
Participation: You are never required to share. Many people start by simply listening.
Community: Members also stay connected through a private Discord community between meetings.
